this device allows data transfer between your computer and console via USB.
It can be used to debug software, playback sound, and much more.
For example I can run my ROM's on megadrive/genesis without flash cart reflashing, however the ROM must be compiled to run in RAM area (and no greater that 64 kbyte).
I have made some tools to work with this device such as playback for *.tfc sound and for running ram applications.
