Title: My child broke my Joyzz receiver, how do I get a replacement?

I love my Joyzz Genesis/Mega Drive controller but not I cannot use it because the receiver was broken by my child when she removed it from the controller port. A metal pin broke off... how can I obtain or buy a replacement receiver without having to buy a another new controller? Thanks!

At the moment we do not sell receivers separately, but we will do this later. But i think we can repair yours receiver if you will send it to us. Just submit your warranty request here: https://krikzz.com/store/contact-us
