I placed the above order on 24/11/17 and it was finally shipped on 23/12/17, but the website shows no tracking information.  Please can you update this for me please.

Had my package shipped out on the 12/11 but haven't gotten it yet (12/29 landed in US, live in San Diego). Will let everyone know once it comes.  Love your product and don't blame you for any of the delays but just for the future would it be possible to move the black Friday sale up a few weeks? That way everything can be mailed out before the holiday rush and everyone can get their stuff to enjoy by Christmas :)

I don't know... the last tracking was 20 days ago when it left Ukraine and then nothing...not a single update on the tracking.

My order is WIIOOFJRK

Tracking number : RD400646815UA

Shipped the 8 of december and left Ukraine on 15th...nothing since then.

It's shipped to Spain and I know other spanish users recived his black friday orders a couple of weeks ago....

EDIT: now resolved, received shipment confirmation

I ordered through retrogate on Black Friday but still haven't even received a shipment confirmation. I emailed their support almost 2 weeks ago but they just told me that I'd get shipment confirmation soon. Is my order lost? Order number is 00e104473.

A two week gap while it travels to your country is pretty typical. My order left Ukraine on the 9th and hit US customs on the 23rd. It got delivered this last Tuesday, I would've had it just before New Years if my local post office was more on top of things.

My order left Kiev on the 14th and it appeared in the US on January 3rd.  So it was about 20 days before anything updated on the tracking.  I probably still have a week to wait for it to get to the west coast.  So 3 week gaps are definitely possible.

My first BF ordered arrived about a few days before the new year while my other came a day after new year but for whatever reason, they wouldnt leave it in the mail box without someone being there so I had to pick it up myself the next day. I can say that between this order and the order I made for BF in 2016, I have had them arrived either days before or days after new year as the time table atleast based on my experience.
