Mega EverDrive / Mega EverDrive X3 Garbage pixels in some games

Tested on two NTSC USA TMSS Genesis 2 models VA1 with Samsung and Sony RGB encoders.
Cartridge: Mega EverDrive X3 OS 3.13
Garbage pixels present at the top of the options screen of Vectorman 2, at Comix Zone on the lower right corner of screen, at Tanglewood on the line of the water only when the fox is in the water.
Cart diagnosis shows no problems.
I believe that this isn't the console problem cuz it happens on two systems and looks exactly the same on both.

I wonder if it ever be fixed, or X3 is discontinued?
