Need help. Famicom to NES adapter and edn8 does not boot!?

Hello, i received a FC to NES adapter and It simply not work. I tried loading It without NES case, loading only the PCB, swap sides....nothing, i cannot see even edn8 leds. What i can check? Edn8 works fine on the famicom console

The cart seems can't receive power, i can't see leds. On famicom instead there are.

Delete please. Was only dirt inside 5v pin
