info needed on N64 ED
« on: June 01, 2013, 09:08 AM »
So far loving the N64 ED. Is there a settings menu? Couldn't seem to find it. I am making an instructions manual for ED64 (unless there already is one) so need all the details on how this operates.  This is my 4th ED so I have an idea how it works.

Just need to know how this one is different.  Thanks for making this krikzz!

Thanks can someone explain what the shoulder buttons do in the OS menu?

Also is there a file view limitation like NES where only first 256 files show up?

Any other good details to share for the manual I am creating?

L/R are used to force another save type than the default one. It's used when the default one is set to the wrong save type. You can't save in a game that is set to a save type that it's not made for.

The limit is much higher than on the ED N8. You can have pretty much the whole goodset in one folder as long as you SD card have room for it. I think Krikzz mentioned the number in this forum but you have to search for it.
