this guy also made a thread asking where to get rom packs. not the smartest peanut in the turd, clearly

any chance you could post this on something other than google drive? i couldn't extract the archive on mac or pc, authorizing the "zip extractor" thing with google was pointless as it gave me pinwheels for a few minutes extracting the .msu file, and gave me errors with the .pcm file so i couldn't even finish the download

try mega?

also why the hell do i have to jump through captcha and trivia to post when i am a registered user???

so awesome that this thread was made when i was wondering the same thing having finally looked into trying the save states and sgb stuff and it gets released within a day, gotta try this out. i would only use save states for kaizo mario anyway so special chip issues aside it would be nice

anyone know if you can play the color enhanced super mario land 2 dx on this?

yeah, i just got a replacement shell from stone age in blizzard white, probably didn't need to get those light tubes  :P

I briefly looked at the menu and can see that some stuff the editor probably relies on got shifted to higher addresses.  One fix would be to revert back to the old menu and use the cx4 speed option to control both the cx4 and gsu.  Another option is updating the menu editor or shifting around where stuff gets compiled into the binary.  I'm not looking to spend a lot of time on this so I may just hijack the cx4 speed option temporarily.

In case dotsarecool wants to adapt his editor, here are the locations of the relevant assets for v0.1.7e-gsu-v07:

I also sent him a tweet about it.
looks like the message was received

sd2snes menu customizer has been updated to support the most recent gsu build!
it should auto detect the version of your menu.bin, it still supports the non-gsu version as well.

just tested it myself and custom menus are now working with gsu-v07
