mega Everdrive 7 and 32X

I have a Mega Everdrive  7
I tried running 32 games with the 32X attachment, and when I try loading any 32X game it just flashes a couple of times and then goes back to the menu.
I have 32X game cartridge and it works fine.
Other genesis games load up just fine, but none o the 32X games..
Any hints as to what I might be missing?

some more info...

A couple of times I've been able to run a game. and they work just fine.. but then I reset and try another game and it will just flash and then go back to the menu again I can try this 20 times times on the same game or on many different games, but "no can do"..
I have upgraded to 3.06 but I get the same problem.   Any ideas?

Please try to clean the contacts (of the 32x add-on) very well .

That worked perfectly...

it still sometimes does not run the rom but the second time around it will load it... maybe needs a better cleaning...  I'll try again..

The 32X has 2 ribbon cables inside which are also known to cause issues. They might seem like they're firmly in place but sometimes pulling them out and reinserting them properly can also solve your issue.
