Will a 9V power supply be enough to power the everdrive?

Hello!

I just purchased a SED 2.3D and I have heard that these flashcarts can be a bit more sensitive to the power supply being used. Does anyone know if a 9V 1500amp PSU will do?

EDIT: Also, will SHDC cards work?

I use the SNES power supply that comes with the system. It works fine with the flashcart. If you don't have the original power supply, then I don't know if that one will work ok.

I use a Dane-Elec Class 4 SDHC 8GB card, haven't really had any problems with it. So I assume SDHC is fine, though it's possible it might not like certain cards.

That should do. I use a Genesis adapter with my Super Famicom...well, it's a SNES board that I swapped the adapter connector from an SFC. The setup works fine with my SD2SNES, so I don't see how different it'll be with the SED.
