Hi, I was wondering if any of the Black Friday 2017 orders have shipped yet?

I ordered fairly early on Black Friday (24/11) but my order is still at "Payment Accepted".

If it is anything like last year, you have to wait up to 3 weeks or so before it gets shipped out. Im basing thing on the time it took for what I ordered last year to ship and that happened like around the 15th of December. From there a couple of weeks before it arrives at your door.

Same here, I'm afraid we'll have to wait.

Although, my order from ~5 Dec, 2016 was shipped out very quickly (comparing to the current situation), just in 3 days. And sadly, I received it only next year.

If it's any consolation, my BF2017 order was just shipped out today. I made the order around midday on the 24th, fairly early in the sale, so I would expect updates fairly soon.

Nice to see some orders shipping out. I'm located in Australia which has some of the longest shipping times according to the main website. It could take up to 2 months after it ships, so the quicker it ships, the sooner I can start counting down the 2 months!

Mine says that it has shipped registered airmail and I got the shipped email on November 30th.  On the order page there is no tracking number listed.  Is this because it has been too busy and they havent been able to update it or should I follow-up on this?  I hate to bother them when they are rushing to get orders out if nobody else is getting tracking numbers either.

We optimized our production and shipping processes and this year everything should be much faster than the previous year.

im super stoked! i almost bought a flashcart last year, but didnt. finally this year, i ordered the og edgb from krikzz.com and the gbax5 from retrogate. both are shipped now. they will come when they come. i know these are popular cards. thanks for the update and all the hard work around this time of year.

If I knew it would be like that, I would have ordered my second everdrive a year before so it would be delivered now.

Mine still says "Payment Accepted". I'm not upset though. I've traveled the world, I know how customs can be a hassle and postal services in Eastern Europe are not like they are here. And I still have my SD2SNES from last year keeping me nice and busy.

However, I see why some people might be upset, especially if they planned on their orders to be Christmas gifts. Just a thought here, but why not add a Summer Sale (around the big Steam Summer Sale) for flash carts? If you don't want to do two sales (Summer Sale + Black Friday Sale), I think one Autumn Sale would be better.

That's just my opinion though... But I think it will help spread the orders out for people waiting for sales.

I'm wondering if anyone else has ordered from Retrogate this year; Attempted to check their site to see if my order had shipped or what have you, and it just keeps downloading misc. files, usually with the name of the page I'm trying to view.

Only reason I went with them is because it's who I had used last time and I figured might as well not bother with making a new account somewhere else. Rather regretting that bit now.

They are being shipped.
But we still have a lot of them that's why the shipping is a bit delayed.

By the way if your order contains few products then please check the list of the ordered products in your account.
Such orders are shipped in parts.
Their respective tracking numbers can be found at the right side.

Just reporting that half of my Black Friday order arrived today, it was shipped on Dec 5. The other half is not yet shipped. Ordered from krikzz.com.

Hello, I know there are alot of orders from the black friday sale, but I ordered on 11/24/2017 (Order # JTNETXVSZ) and my status still says "Payment Accepted". I hope this doesn't have anything to do with the 2 previous failed transactions that my bank denied before I told them to accept the transaction (order numbers # SADHRDHFK and # AVVIFWSNB).

So tomorrow 15/12 all Black Friday orders would be shipped according to previous statement. I ordered early November 23rd, 2330 central europe time. Ordered 3 products (order ref MEXUCBYRF), all of which were in stock, today 3 weeks later one product has been shipped(12/12). If all products were in stock i wonder why only one is sent? and why some orders made after mine is shipped before? However, i would like to say that i have allways been a satisfied customer earlier and happy with deliverytimes

Unfortunately we won't be able to ship ALL Black Friday orders by 15 Dec.
We will need about 1-2 weeks for that.

We are trying really hard to ship all orders. But customers don't stop coming!
And we are a tiny company of few persons.

We could resolve the problem.
We could just stop accept orders after we were out of stock.
But we really would like that as more as possible customers could enjoy Black Friday discount.
Longer (than usually) shipping time is bad. But not having a choice at all is even worse.

Another problem is that our stock is dynamic.
We just can't predict when we are really out of stock.
We sell the products and in parallel the products are being produced.
Exactly that's why we have such situations when some customers receive their products not in a chronological order.

Really sorry for the delay and thanks a lot for your understanding!

Thanks for all your effort I will wait for my order without problem, I even now that the travel for my country will take at least 2 months more like the last time :P

Just registered to say that today I've received one of my orders (ordered 24/11/17) - I wasn't expecting it so quickly considering it only left Ukraine on the 9th November. Thanks Krikzz, don't let impatient people harass you for unnecessary refunds  :-*

It might not even get shipped out today as promised apparently, but can take 1-2 weeks longer.

True. I wouldn't say it better. You just read my mind. If I knew it would be like this, I would have ordered my everdrive before the black friday.

IDK but maybe you can ask for refund and pay extra for a faster shipping type in another store, this store is for the creator of the everdrives, I guess their principal profit is for selling to big stores, I choose this store because I want to thank them for be one of the only persons that keep doing flash cards for old consoles, IDK where are you from but at least for my country Ukraine is not close, there are stores in Europe and USA that could deliver faster that this.

Thanks for all the hard work and I appreciate the time spent  to give us updates here through the forums on the orders. I was wondering if you could give an update on the date you expect for shipping the black Friday orders since it is the 15th of December and my EverDrive 64 is still on confirmed status since the 24th of November. I was hoping to receive it before New Years as we have a retro game party planned.

How many months have passed since the last Black Friday?
Exactly 0 months and 3 weeks. No one needs to wait "for months" for the orders.
We have already shipped 85% of the orders in 3 weeks (usually we ship such amount of orders in 2 months).

If we would know what will happen in the future we would add a message about that.
But unfortunately we don't know what will happen in the future.
We only can predict it. And we predicted that we will be able to ship all the orders in a reasonable time.
Our prediction contained a 15% error.

We would like to say sorry once again to those 15% our customers who weren't lucky and their orders are in those 15%
We are still trying hard to ship the rest of the orders as soon as possible.

If you order hasn't been shipped yet and you don't want to wait anymore you can request a refund any time.

By this
"Departure from outward office of exchange"
Ukrainian postal service meant this
"your package has already left Ukraine (departed from the outward office of mail exchange with other countries) on its way to its destination".

I contacted their support and asked to fix the message to make it more clear.

It doesn't mean that your package is still in Ukraine.
It means Ukrainian post doesn't know anything about your package anymore.

Unfortunately some countries like Canada Australia and few others don't provide any tracking info to Ukrainian postal service.
We tried few times figure out why tracking doesn't work in those countries but so far without success.

You just have to wait for your package.

I've ordered 4 items. 2 have arrived. And I am enjoying the Turbo ED and ED64.
The other 2 have no tracking code from Nov 24.

We ship such big orders as yours in parts.
We were able to ship your Turbo ED and ED64 first and we did it.
In any case your order would have been shipped in parts because big orders don't fit in one package.

Hi,
I was told a few weeks ago that my order, placed on 11/26/2017(MDOPPNAUN), was expected to ship on December 12th, but it still shows "Payment accepted". In addition, two of the carts show something under tracking. For example, the SD2SNES shows (RD400663941UA).
Does this mean parts of the order are shipping separately?

I realize you guys are busy, but it says the delay is 10-15 days, and my order is beyond that  point, but has not yet shipped.
This time last year, I had already received my order, so I'm just a little concerned with it.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize the order would be split up like that.
Also, what type of tracking is being utilized?
I searched on USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, and none of them recognized the tracking RD400663941UA .

In the US the packages are delivered by USPS.
If your package hasn't appeared in USPS system yet then please try to use Ukrainian post website.

Too many people contact us concerning that ambiguous message.
The message confuses our customers and we have to explain what it really means.
It's still possible but not guaranteed because delivery time may substantially vary.

Hello, it's now Tuesday, and my order (# JTNETXVSZ) still says "Payment Accepted". It's now been nearly 30 days since I placed my order on 11/24/2017. I'd like some kind of update on the status, since I'm not going to be home for awhile after the New Year and need to make arrangements for someone to pick up my packages if they arrive.

For anyone in the UK who ordered, I have now received mine and it looks like there is a week or so hold up with UK customs

Arrived in the UK at Heathrow on 11th December

Seemed to be held in customs since then, and finally arrived today 20th December

I am also feeling slightly frustrated. I was told 10 days ago that my order was expected to ship in a day or two but my order still hasn't shipped. One of the items was a Xmas present and it is looking unlikely that it will arrive in time for Xmas. :(

Can I suggest next year you are more up front with people and put a message on the site on Black Friday to say "Not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas". Then we can't complain (too much) if they don't arrive in time. :) (But it kind of defeats the point of Black Friday though - which is meant to be for buying christmas presents cheap ;D)

My shipment is at the same step, with no movement in USPS tracking either. It's now been 11 days. I'm not in a hurry or anything, I am just worried that it fell into the void never to be seen again, as previous shipments only took a couple days at that step. Is this normal for it to take this long during the holidays?

We are really sorry for the long delay!

We are trying really hard to ship all the orders. As hard as a tiny company of few persons can do that.
We have already shipped 95% of the orders. But we understand that if you are in those 5% you don't care.
You can see only that you have been waiting for a month... and it's understandable.
In the next few days we will ship the rest of those 5% of orders.

As a tiny company we just don't have resources to speed up our work very much.
We can't hire additional staff just for the sales (they just won't have what to do during the year).
And it would increase the price of our products (what we really wouldn't like to happen).
Actually we did these sales with 20% discount to help everyone(who couldn't afford them without a discount) to buy our products.

We accumulated a substantial stock during this year.
But it didn't help us to avoid the problem with the postal service that has been closed unexpectedly and the packages just waited to be shipped.
It didn't help us to avoid the problem of the larger(than the previous year) amount of orders.

Once again sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding and patience!

Concerning the delay in USPS tracking.
Yes it's absolutely ok. The work of the postal services is very unpredictable. Usually they delivery packages in a constant time but sometimes something happens in their internals and such delays happen.

Next week is the last week of the year. I assume Ukraine acts the same as Russia and their postal services will be paralyzed for a week or two after 29 of December.

Are we getting our carts shipped this year? I've been told that I was one of the first to order an everdrive and it's been a month since my order.  Still, only promises "wel'll send it in a day or two". How do you estimate it? I'd get it if you told it once or twice, but I'm told that every time I ask about  my order shipping time. You at least could correct your estimates.

I am also told that you have many orders and you can't ship it all now. It more looks to me (and I see you telling that in the forums) that you're out of stock.

How is that even possible that “one of the first orders” hasn't been shipped in a month?

I ordered an Everdrive N8 Famicom, my order is QTYDOQEYJ. Messaging support privately seems useless so I write it here.

I am really worried now after reading all these posts.  I ordered my Super Everdrive on 12/19/17.  If some of these people who ordered the item back on Black Friday are just now getting theirs shipped, then how long do I have to wait still?  30 days? 60 days?  I didn't even get a Black Friday deal of 20% off, either...  The problem is, I am moving to a different house on 2/5/18, and I can't have the package going to my current address.  I never imagined this would be an issue ordering the product 50 days in advance, but now I'm not so sure.  Should I just cancel my order?

The orders made after Black Friday without 20% discount have priority over Black Friday orders.
You won't be waiting for 30 days or 60 days.

However we strongly recommend not to make your orders if you plan to move.
Please make your order after you have moved and you are able to receive your package.
We can't do magic and change the shipping address on the fly.
If you are really worried please cancel your order and make it in the future when you will be less worried.

At the time I ordered the package, we were not set to move.  We put an offer on a house two days after I ordered my Super Everdrive.  I never imagined it would take longer to receive the Super Everdrive than to go through the whole closing procedure of a house! You have to admit, nobody expects a package to take more than 50 days to arrive even when ordered overseas (I once had a package going to India take 30 days, and that was also during the holidays).  Anyway, I understand your situation, and I get that you are a small company working hard to get orders put together.

I will see if I can have USPS forward the box to our new address if it takes too long to ship.  We do have a bit of time after 2/5 to return to this place and collect the package.  I just hope the order is shipped out soon!

If it helps you, my order number is GMWPIHBRW.  It would be nice to know about when it will ship out so I can try to plan accordingly!

Yeah IIRC my package came in about two weeks after ordering. Was a little surprised actually. I guess with each passing year the everdrive line gets more recognized in gaming circles and orders get backed up. Thanks for the info BTW.

I understand they are a third party and how they run their business is entirely up to them, but the run around retrogate is giving some of their customers is just not right.

Getting the response that an order should ship within a few days/week repeatedly and/or "maybe it already shipped :)" is just unacceptable. I don't have an issue waiting for something if I'm told it's going to be a while, or maybe they're waiting more for upstream (Krikzz) but at least be straight with me and don't continuously give me the same lie over and over again.

If we know we can't ship the orders in time and there will be a delay we add a message about it.

If a customer would like to know when his/her order will be shipped and we know the exact date then: "your order will be shipped on this date".
If we don't know the exact date but we have an estimated date then: "we expect to ship your order on this date".

Unfortunately we can't do anything about our dealers and how they do their business.
We sell our products freely and anyone may buy them and re-sell them as well.
It's more up to a customer to choose where he/she makes a purchase.

I'm trying to track it, but I'm not sure how to use the Ukraine site, I tried using the reference number included in my email, but that does nothing, and the red thing telling me why it didn't work is in their language, so I don't know what's wrong or what do use. I'm on Barcelona (Spain) , Ukraine is not that far to being 15 days on transit without any tracking :/   Maybe it got lost/stolen??

Delivery time depends mainly on specifics of each particular country (not on its distance to Ukraine).
For example Germany is many times closer to Ukraine than the US but delivery to Germany typically is a bit longer.
On other hand the distance to either the US or Canada is the same but delivery to Canada is a bit longer than to the US.

Yes I confirm it.
The status "Departure from outward office of exchange" on Ukrainian post website means this:
the package has left Ukraine and that's why Ukrainian post doesn't have any info about it anymore and the status doesn't change for some time after that.

That should be some kind of a logistic optimization.

I ordered through retrogate on Black Friday but still haven't even received a shipment confirmation. I emailed their support almost 2 weeks ago but they just told me that I'd get shipment confirmation soon. Is my order lost? Order number is 00e104473.

A two week gap while it travels to your country is pretty typical. My order left Ukraine on the 9th and hit US customs on the 23rd. It got delivered this last Tuesday, I would've had it just before New Years if my local post office was more on top of things.

My order left Kiev on the 14th and it appeared in the US on January 3rd.  So it was about 20 days before anything updated on the tracking.  I probably still have a week to wait for it to get to the west coast.  So 3 week gaps are definitely possible.

My first BF ordered arrived about a few days before the new year while my other came a day after new year but for whatever reason, they wouldnt leave it in the mail box without someone being there so I had to pick it up myself the next day. I can say that between this order and the order I made for BF in 2016, I have had them arrived either days before or days after new year as the time table atleast based on my experience.

I am having the same issue as hudson187, so I am assuming things are just going slow in customs or the postal services in Europe are really backed up at the moment. One thing we can all be confident in is that no Krikzz customer has ever gone without the Everdrive they have purchased. (At least none that I have read about.) I'm just posting in case it helps anyone else.

My package last had a tracking update Dec 2nd when it left Ukraine and was delivered today (Jan 8th) in western Canada. As has been previously mentioned, Canada Post doesn't pick up the tracking properly, but this means 5 weeks over Christmas isn't necessarily cause for concern.

As the starter of this thread I thought I should report back that my Everdrives arrived sometime between December 27th and Jan 8 (they were delivered to my work which was closed at that time).

I'm in Australia and ordered at the beginning of the Black Friday Sale if that helps anyone else with their timelines.

I'm also in Australia and have received part of my order today on the 9th.   Left the Ukraine on New Years eve, I think once it left the Ukraine it was even faster than my order last year.  So about 2 weeks or less both times now, not the 20-40days it says in the delivery section on the website.

My order is in the same situation, retrogate order number  853d04476 and tracking RD400664518UA is not showing any tracking. I sent them an email and they replied that sometimes items going to Brazil can't be tracked.

Packages without tracking are often "lost" on my local postal services, it's beyond awfull. I need tracking to at least know it's status and enter with a complaint in case its needed. I asked them for a postage receipt, I'm waiting an answer.

Everything is ok with your order. It's being delivered.
Unfortunately postal services work slowly currently and that's why there is such a delay in the tracking info.
Please try to track your package later.

I would like to ask everyone who has the same problem (the tracking info is not updating) please keep patience and wait for a further progress.
It's a common "problem".

Also I would like to mention that we are not a postal service. And we don't have any special relations with any postal services.
We are the same customers of postal services but just on the other side.
So it doesn't make too much sense to ask us to get any details if you already have sufficient information for that: the tracking number and the website of the postal service delivering the package.
If they don't provide such information to you then they don't do that for us as well.

There are only 3 reasons to contact us for additional details:
- you don't know your tracking number
- you don't know what website can you use to track your tracking number
- you tried to track your package and the website says that your tracking number is incorrect

To ask us why postal services work slowly and deliver packages slowly doesn't make too much sense.
It's much more reasonable to ask them why they do that.

In the previous case I just tried to track the tracking number with different numbers and it worked.

This tracking number works on Ukrainian post website.
But it doesn't work yet on Brazil post website.
But it's normal. There is a long delay between leaving Ukrainian post and entering Brazil post system.
If you really guessed your tracking number then everything is ok.
The best way to know 100% is to contact Retrogate concerning that.

The tracking provided in the order doesn't appear to be any system at this point, and it was shipped on the 15th of december, so I'd expect it to be there... makes me suspect it was typo'ed?

The store gave me code RD400664518UA but already confirmed with Ukraine postal that 19UA is my package (my name is on addressee).

Are orders going to Brazil really get that much time to arrive?

Anyone else that bought from Krikzz or any other store, please share your tracking code for comparison.

Mine was shipped on Nov 24, 2017 as well - to Canada. My wife has ordered several items from China in December and January. All have arrived without incident. I am still waiting for tracking information on my replacement that was apparently shipped on Feb 1st. My original order number was JFILHRRWA, I don't know if the replacement will get a separate order number or not. Has anyone here received a replacement in the past? What should I expect? I feel like there should at least be an indication of shipping by now.

My shipment arrived in my country on 02/09. It sure took a long time.  ;D

Now I need to wait another 5 to 10 business days to leave customs
then yet another 40 (you read it right, forty) business days to arrive my home. There's a risk of the package get "misrouted" or even "stolen". My country's postal service is awesome.  >:(

If only they had posted it faster.  :(
