I tried the original Jetsons SNES cart no background problems, I tried to SD2SNES on another SNES and no background problems. Maybe my SNES really is just dirty.

I turned it all off and it's still really glitchy.

I'm sorry if this is a really easy problem to fix, I don't know anything about these. I just ordered it off stoneagegamer, downloaded the required files and turned it on. I get it on the backgrounds of most 3rd party games. Like black boxes, inverted colors, it's happened in Sparkster, Hook, Jetsons, Bugs Bunny Rabbit Rampage, in Contra 3 it replaced the first boss with random colors. I have no idea how to fix it.
