Thanks for the picture, I totally forgot about the charging port on the Joyzz :P

It's just a square hole, a little bit bigger than the hole on the Joyzz controller
So that leaves you with an open hole on top of the Joyzz controller?

Nice, looking good. But how does the top look like? Where the cable from the Retro-bit used to be?

These sell for €25 (£22) excl. postage where I'm from though, dafuq.

Mega EverDrive / Re: Will there be a new mega everdrive?

The Mega Everdrive X7 is perfectly fine and does everything it needs to.

Well... *cough*SVP*cough*

Just saying. I wouldn't buy a new cart for just one game, but let's not pretend there's no room for improvement.

It's highly doubtful Krikzz is going to spend the time, effort and resources required to redo the FPGA on the mega everdrive x7 just for Virtua Racing when barely anyone plays that version anyway. The 32X version was superior and works using the Mega Everdrive X7 as long as the user has the 32X attachment. Given how cheap 32X attachments are these days there's not really any excuse not to pick one up if one wants access to Virtua Racing that badly.

I can't find them for less then €150. Is that considered cheap to you or should I look elsewhere than eBay and my local marketplace sites?

Just get it directly from Krikzz. At least you know its genuine, has warranty and not a fake like many on ebay. Also helps support Krikzz to keep making awesome gear :)

My reaction is a response to your statement about "how cheap 32X attachments are there days".

Joyzz / Fading paint
« on: February 08, 2019, 11:38 AM »
So, I'm not really bothered by this but I still think it deserves some attention. It seems like the paint is still very easily to rub off. I've only been using my Joyzz for a few days now and the START text is already starting to disappear. Just something that I think could be improved on for future revisions.

The d-pad is really solid on both my Joyzz controllers, so that's a big plus! :)

Joyzz / Re: Megadrive ++ Issue
« on: February 08, 2019, 11:36 AM »
I think this might be an issue with the Megadrive++ and not with the Joyzz. Been reading up on the mod and there have been some other problems with it as well.

Shop and Shipping / Re: UK Shipping?
« on: January 17, 2019, 02:43 PM »
Not the same country, but still in the EU, and I never get charged for orders from here. From my personal experience, customs do look at the size of packages, or sometimes the described contents. I order a shitton from non-EU countries (US, China, Hong Kong, etc.) and I only ever get charged on things like boxed consoles and smartphones.

Awaiting a package containing two Joyzz controllers, so here's hoping that this will still be no issue :P

Joyzz / Re: Future Wireless Controllers?

I'm still looking for quality N64 wireless controllers, haven't found them yet. Still using extension cords (and heavily modded Nintendo controllers) these days :)

SD2SNES / Re: Saving Problem with Yoshi’s Island (Super FX)
« on: January 14, 2019, 01:44 PM »
I've had trouble with Yoshi's Island in the past. I've made a bug report but I don't think anything ever came from it. Decided to just purchase the retail cartridge and complete it that way.

Anyway, here's my original bug report: http://krikzz.com/forum/index.php?topic=7451.msg59264#msg59264

EverDrive N8 / Re: Everdrive and Hi-Def Nes problems
« on: September 07, 2018, 02:56 PM »
AFAIK there is no compatibility issue with the N8 and the Hi-Def NES. Have you formatted the SD cards properly? Which SD cards did you try? Are you using a No-Intro NES romset or some other source?

You really make a great product even better RedGuy. Your hard work is really, really appreciated and I'd like to say thank you for all the hard work you've put into something I've thought I'd never see.

News / Re: Joyzz Availalbe for order!
« on: June 15, 2018, 12:00 PM »
Now will krikzz send us who received the bad version a correct version of the pad or a correct dpad?
I asked that in the Q&A of my order, they answered "very soon" but i think we deserve a better answer and a shipment time, no?

Warranty service instructions, even stickied on this forum. Use that to inform them you want a replacement d-pad and you should get your response. Much quicker and more easy for the storefront to handle your request.
