I'm curious about the people having issues here.
Did you buy your SD cards bundled with your Everdrives or did you use one from a different place

Krikzz, you are a god among men.
Just know that all of your incredible work and effort you put towards your work and support is very much appreciated and very impressive.
Not to mention admirable

Even with the steep price tags of the SD2SNES, I believe I'm gonna double dip with this one.
However, I will probably wait until there is some concrete exclusive reasons to own it over the original, like SGB support.

I got my SD2SNES on day one so I know there has already been several revisions so I've been wanting to upgrade but really couldn't justify it when I wasn't really having any issues.

Shame it's not compatible with TurboGrfx-16. Seem a little silly considering all the other stuff it can do

As far as I'm aware it works just fine on a TG16. The shell doesn't fit properly, but loosen the screws a bit and it fits.
Very useful to know :)
It really does make you wonder why they didn't make a more elegant solutions that would make it fit both models tho?

Does anyone know what is technically feasable with the cartridge slot on the Sega Saturn?
Would it in any way be possible to run full Saturn games through it if it had enough storage?

I can't get the link to work? :/

I can't get this thing to work at all.
Ugh. I can barely figure out how to patch basic stuff. Would it have been too much to just ask for a simple .ips/bps instead of a whole level creator program? :/

EverDrive 64 / Re: [release] gnuboy64 standalone
« on: May 14, 2016, 09:31 PM »
I'm having trouble here. I'm not sure how it's supposed to work.
For NES game I just have the EMU.nes file in the root and then I can just select a game and the Everdrive takes care of the rest.

Here I have both the Gnuboy64.z64 in the root as well as the folders with the games but if I select the gnuboy file, I just get a white screen with some graphical noise and if I select a gb file I just get an error message telling me the emulator couldn't be found.

EverDrive N8 / Analogue Nt problem
« on: September 26, 2015, 08:04 PM »
So, I have just recieved my Analogue Nt and decided this would be a good time to unpack my Famicom Everdrive for a test run.

At first, I ran into some error. Next. The cartridge boots up as it should. Showing me the root of the SD card.
But when I press ANYTHING on the controller, the whole thing looks like it just reset, or the screen just hiccups, and I'm back where I started.
Does anyone have any idea of why this could be?
My other cartridges runs fine.

Okay, so I've expanded a new alttp rom to 1.5mb and then patched it, but the problem is the same. After I press start on the title screen, it just goes black.

I bought my SD2SNES from StoneAgeGamer, and haven't had any trouble with it so far. But these MSU hacks is giving me a lot of problems for some reason.
I've gotten some of them to work, but Zelda, Mega Man, DKC2 and Bad Apple just wont.

I don't have a clue about the header stuff. I just took what seemed as the most plain version of the rom and applied the patch with Lunar IPS and put it into the same folder as the SNES music files along with a blank file called [romname].msu

I'm trying to get it to work on the SD2SNES.
The newest firmware didn't work well for me, so I believe I'm running the v0.6.

I'm probably just an idiot, but I can't get most of the MSU hacks to work even though I feel that I've followed the instructions very close.

The Super Metroid on seems to work. And so does the Rock'n Roll Racer.

But I've tried so many times with the Zelda MSU on to no avail. It plays the opening title screen, but when I press start, the screen goes black and nothing happens.
The Mega Man X and Donkey Kong Country 2 ones don't even boot up at all.
I really don't know what I'm doing wrong here. Kinda wish there were just a finished zip that is ready to unpack and just works.
There were also one with Bad Apple, but that looks like something you have to compile yourself, which I don't know the first thing about doing. :/
