EverDrive N8 / Everdrive N8 : quiet and low sound!
« on: April 08, 2018, 07:54 PM »
I'll try to be as short as possible!

Half a year ago I bought an Everdrive cassette.
I am very pleased with the purchase. but most of the time - I was engaged in modding my Famicom.(AV -mod ,JailBar ,unstabled video ,sound)
many technical nuances and pitfalls - began to swim only now.

I apologize in advance if the "Similar Topic" was previously voiced, I ask - to provide links if have.

what's the question ?
- the sound of the original, pirated Cartridges - louder and balanced. Everdrive N8 (Fami) - dominated by "Bass" and "DPCM." The sound is very murky.

at first I thought - that's because I installed unofficial, fresh Mappers for 69, 24 and 85's. for games with "Expansion Sound", which in theory - a little drown System sounds from Papu for balance ...
- but I started to change versions of OS up to the earliest.
nothing changes ...

I can send soundtracks - from N8 and others, for analysis.

Good afternoon . I need help!
For a long time - I did not attach importance to this topic, but then a chance arose.
I immediately say: I spent many hours - to search for different forums the answer to my questions - I have confusion. I can not figure it out.
therefore - probably, I raised the old problem. Therefore: Deeply sorry!

The problem is interesting (it seems to me):
many games with MAPPER 5 work incorrectly!
from the list :
     Castlevania 3
    Just Breed
    Uncharted Waters
Romance of the Three Kingdoms II
    Laser Invasion
    Metal Slader Glory
    Uchuu Keibitai SDF
Shin 4 Nin Uchi Mahjong - Yakuman Tengoku
    Bandit Kings of Ancient China
 - only two work perfectly:

Castlevania 3 and Metal Slader Glory (IT is very unusual!).

(there are pictures - where the forcemeat from the textures: Just Breed)

I ask - suggest options and ways to solve the problem.
