Mega EverDrive / Re: Mega EverDrive PRO themes

I think folks just didn't catch on to it yet. I think they'll come around. They are really well done, brother. It really changes the experience for the better. @KriKzz, is there any way to include a similar theme reader in the N8 Pro?

I can confirm that formatting the SD to ExFAT (MBR) solved problems I was having with Eternal Blue. The game would get caught in a loop during the opening. Might be good to recommend ExFAT as the preferred format, which incidentally is what I use on the Mega SD as well, which is what led me to reformatting once I realized I was having problems with the ED but not the Mega SD. Using a model 01 Genesis.

I just downloaded your pack! They are absolutely fantastic! I didn't realize some of them had animation. I feel like my EDPRO just got a new life. It massively improves the presentation of the menus. The custom fonts, colors, everything is amazing. Love, love, love these. Really well done! Please keep them coming! Let us know how to support you!

FXPAK (SD2SNES) / Re: SD2SNES Theme/Menu

I painted up a banner you guys are welcome to use. I've attached the photoshop file with layers if you want to make it your own. It's got a Super Famicom cart top in the center with the label that came with SD2SNES Pro cart and space around the cart for some background image. I put Yoshi's House in from SMW. Enjoy!

Oh and I also included a layer with the FXPAK Pro label.

Edit: I've included a couple of binaries with a grey theme.

These are great, Chris! Gonna try them out.

This is looking really good! How soon can we get our nerdy little hands on it?

Either support for Tennokoe Bank or adding an option to the Everdrive menu that can copy between the backup RAM and SD card. Or both.

EDIT: Link updated to beta 4 version which fixes the free space display on empty BRAM slots.

Funny story... I had just ordered a soldering kit and spent the last hour watching soldering tutorials so I could replace the battery on my Tennokoe Bank Hu Card since my PCE has been wiping the saves after a few days and my bank card seems kaput... and then I found this. Thank you so much, now my Rondo of Blood data is safe and sound. @elmer, are you continuing development on the OS? Anyway we can support you?

I'm also sorry for not finding the original post. I'm sure you're sick of answering the same question. I do appreciate the reply, and I promise you I'm a loyal customer with EverDrives for every system I own.

Thank you so much! I was hoping to get an official reply. Either way, I pretty much own everyone of your carts, but just in case I also bought the X5  ;D I do own the MEGA SD as well, and while it does have a lot of bells and whistles, I found that in terms of overall stability, speed, and performance, I still prefer the EverDrives  ;)

Hi,

While I've owned my X7 for a while and had no issues, I originally made the decision to buy it over the X5 for being more feature rich. However, after reading the article below, it got me concerned about potential long term damage to my model 1 Genesis. Is this something I should be worried about? I did see some extensive discussions here around the validity of the claim, but wanted to understand if in fact, it's something to be cautious about with my older systems.
