EverDrive 64 / Re: Editing GB/C Saves for Pokemon Stadium 1&2
« on: June 22, 2019, 10:21 PM »
I know it is poossible because I did it in the past.
I edited on PC from a save of Pokémon Crystal in a GBc emulador.
The save could be transfered to a orginal cart, but I didn't have one, so I loaded the save in a n64 emulator as If It was in a transfer Pak, played pokémon Stadium 2 with my edited save from crystal.
So I saved teams in Stadium 2 with my hacker pokémons, and saved.
Then I converted n64 emulator pokémon save to real save with saturnus software, and done.

Sadly, I lost my files and can't explain more than that, but was easily.
If you want some tips for some OP(but feasible normally) pokémons to do It would gladly help you.

Sorry I do not understand, please someone pay atention to this Topic and confirm it? I can't solve my fate error problems.

Hi, I want to ask If someone know what is the problem with some SD cards?
People say that the FAT system not found issue is caused by SD cards, but why? I mean, my SD card doesn't have any issues with others devices, the problem only occurs on ED64, I can Format it and use It without problems, but If I put It in other device to add more ROMs later, the FAT problem most likely occurs when I reset, while It never occurs after a fresh Format.

EverDrive 64 / Re: how to use the reset button with everdrive64 v3
« on: October 03, 2016, 02:43 PM »
Man, the fat error will stop in one time, my fat error was happening, so I just removed out the sd card and insert it again, and the fat error stoped.

The reset button I fix with something strange, I turned on the console , I selected a game, and them tried to reset and it never worked, them I made a 100 hit combo on the reset button until it work, them the reset button problem never happened again.

Thanks Aroenai, i found it.  8)
I patched the Master Quest to Brazilian Portuguese, thanks for your hard work.
Majora Mask also has a Brazilian translation, made in 2008 in UPS format.
Is made to European rom, but Nintendo 64 from Brazil is NTSC like Americans, and this rom don´t work in our real hardware with Everdrive.  :'(
I think is made for emulation purposes, everdrive don´t exists in 2008 yet.
Is there a way to convert this translation for Gamecube Majora Mask USA Rom ???

Yeah, I'm hoping you can port it too Aroenai, this could be awesome.

In any case thank you bro, you're the best!

Brazilian Portuguese MQ translation updated with a few more translated textures (mostly location title cards and dungeon maps). Thanks to Junninx for providing the text, I'll get to the rest soon... it's surprisingly hard to make readable text in Photoshop with such small dimensions.

Great!!! I'm glad I could help you and the n64 community!! Thank you!!

EverDrive 64 / Re: Black borders on the screen
« on: September 03, 2016, 05:15 AM »
 My system is PAL-
and my tv runs NTSC, PAL-M and PAL-N

Banjo Kazooie has a big black border on the left side...

and others games just like banjo tooie, conker bad fur, star fox, smash, mario tennis.

Can someone tell me if the banjo kazooie runs normal on yours tv or it has some black borders?

Never mind I just figured out that the real hardware has it too.

And CRT tvs has the overscan function and this fix it.

And as I was playing on a LCD tv, then  the borders shows up.

EverDrive 64 / This game is not designed to use on this system
« on: August 28, 2016, 09:20 PM »
 Hello, again....

I tried to run  PAL Majora's Mask on my M-PAL system and it's region locked.

When I boot it says : This game is not designed to use on this system.

The thing is : There is a translation patch to Brazilian Portuguese, and it's for the PAL version.

Maybe there is a way to edit the rom via HxD or Game Shark codes ? Because PAL roms run fine in my setup.

 Thank you again.

EverDrive 64 / Re: Can't run games any more. FAT error. 0xFC
« on: August 27, 2016, 11:19 PM »

EverDrive 64 / Re: N64 PAL + TV NTSC + ED64
« on: August 27, 2016, 09:39 PM »
I played Diddy Kong Racing EUR and it' runs black and white.

Them I changed the game mode ( it was on the defaut ) to M-PAL and it become colored.
But some PAL games works colored and some don't -.-'

One more thing, there is some games who is region locked.

Like Majora's Mask, when I load the PAL version it says is not intended for play on my console system.

There is a way to edit the PAL rom via a Hex Editor or a Gameshark code like the passport or something so I can play the PAL version on my M-PAL console? ( or NTSC I don't know).

Because there is a translation patch to Brazilian Portuguese who only works on the PAL rom.

 Any help?

 Turok games,
 Conker's Bad Fur Day
Smash bros ( same as PM 64)
and others more, who I don't recall now but I will place them here as I'll seing more.
