EverDrive 64 / Black borders on the screen

 Hello, can someone tell me why some games run with black borders on the four sides of the screen
and others fits perfect on the screen ?
 
 I noticed my pokemon stadium 2, mario golf and others roms, runs perfect and some others roms have these black borders...
 
Anyone have the answer ? maybe this is a bad dump ? My roms are from the multi rom set by smokemonster. And I downloaded it as it says it's bit perfect roms.

 Yeah.... my ED64 v3.0 arrives and this is true...

 My reset but refuse to work with it, sometimes is 10s sometime is 30s.

 Please Krikzz help us. I don't want to  change my SD card now... here in Brasil the prices is too high.

 Consider it please .

 UPDATE: I made a 100 combo hit on the reset button and I don't know why but now it's working with my everdrive 64......
At least for a while.

 Hey, I don't know the right place for ask for it and can't find much about it...

 My everdrive just arrives and I'm trying to patch some n64 roms and translations.

 But the recomendation for the patch creators, is to patch to the rom original clear, and with a specific CRC32.

 The patch also work if I apply it for one with different CRC32 but I worry it can't be right.

 And my roms, from the Multi-rom by smokemonster, (who is said to be the top quality bit-perfect ,untouched roms) doesn't have the same CRC32 what can I do now ?

 It's really needed to match the CRC32 ?
 Any information about it can help me thank you !

 But I remind I read in somewhere that with ED64 doesn't I need to worry about controller pak page files ( space )

If that were implemented, you'd still have to wait for the save game data to be copied to the sd card and then wait for the rom to load again. I haven't timed it, but that's probably a good 15 second process?

Personally I'd rather see better handling of sd card fragmentation (delete a rom and you have to reformat currently) and maybe .bps patching like the automated .ips/.aps patching (but I don't know how practical that is using the FPGA on the cart though).

 I don't know much about it, but, even with Tops SD cards ? UHS-3 UHS-5 ? There are some with great write and read speed.(if make it compatible)

 A option for speedruns:

 Start the last game selected when hit the reset button, without the need to return to menu.

 Saturnu's said one time this would be easy, as it already make this for mistake one time.

 If a game saves on the controller mempak, can I transfer it betwen emulator for ED64?

 And how ED64 do with games who needs a controller mempak? Its saves on SD or I still need a controller pak?

 And if I have copies of the same roms, the saves will be different for each rom in ED64 or it will be the same just like emulators?

 My console is a Brazilian one, you may know about it.
 Here in Brazil ( Brasil... ) the ''color format'' is PAL-M.

 I just bought a everdrive 3.0 ultracic ll etc.

 My question is, will it run NTSC and PAL games well ? What will gonna happens ?

 And how can I proceed ?

 N64 PAL-M ( I have two NTSC too )
+ Everdrive CIC Switch PAL or NTSC ??
+ ROM PAL or NTSC ?
+TV PAL-M ?

 the switch must match the console or the rom ? I'm lost...

It's only $15 bucks. If it was $40 I would get your disappointment but $15 is not worth bickering about.  :-X

 Perhaps I think now the store only sell with Ultra CIC ll and gray cart...
 No variances I think... (Could I be wrong)
