Have you tried to clean the contacts of the cartridge well?
Are you sure the roms are ok?
Are they from a reliable source?

Hi!

Today a customer from Canada received his order.
His package has been shipped on 28 February.
The majority of customers receive their packages much faster. This is an exception.
There is a trend that any package going not to Ontario/Quebec has a slightly higher probability to be delayed.
It seems like packages enter Canada somewhere in Ontario/Quebec and then move slowly to the destination within Canada.

We tried many times to contact both Canada Post and Ukrainian post concerning not working tracking and they both say that everything is ok on their side and tracking must be working. They blame each other.

No there was not any redesigns recently.
The current version of Mega EverDrive X7 works perfectly for a lot of happy customers (in the full accordance with the JEDEC specs) without any single report about any problems.
That's why we don't have a reason to make a redesign.
If you are interested in using the current version of Mega EverDrive X7 for playing games please feel free to use it.
We guarantee that everything works perfectly without any problems neither for your console nor for the EverDrive itself.
If you are interested more in analyzing its PCB design then you need to wait for a newer version.
