Faulty Everdrive GBA x5 mini?

I started testing Goomba and PocketNES and worked fine as expected.
First GBA ROM I tested was Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance and also worked perfectly.

However, all these failed:
Mother 3 (English translation)
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
Doom II

All of them gave black screens with flashing random tiles and looping noises, not even getting in-game.

The diagnostic menu shows these errors:
ROM0 test... ERROR: 24
ROM1 test... ERROR: 20
DISK test... ERROR 01
The rest appear in green.

Is it a faulty cart? Or maybe there is a way to wipe/format the flash ROM and try to fix by myself?

I already suggested this in other Threads but did you tried pulling the cartridge just a tiny bit after inserting it.

Sometimes even real carts randomly glitches or fail to boot when it is inserted completely.

Please let me know if this makes any difference.

Nope, I get the same errors in the diagnostic menu :-(

first batch of mini has fautly chips / soldering flaws

best to get replacement cart
