Disk IO error [SD init error]
« on: July 12, 2020, 06:36 AM »
I need help. I just purchased the Super Everdrive and already have a blank 32 GB micro sd card that I planned to use with it, but when I tried to extract the files to it and plug the cart into the SNES, I get this error message. What is happening and how do I get the Super Everdrive to work properly?

Sounds like a corruption where you add too many files into a folder and it gets random extra files that exceed the amount of roms added to it, for example if you add roms A-E and for some reason you get extra data those pages being 1/9 will go up to 1/100 yet the additional ones are just blank glitched rom names that don't do anything and when left undeleted they corrupt the folder bringing up that error message. So the best thing to do is delete the roms and folder then paste them one by one to prevent this from happening.
