Problem with Super Everdrive v2.1

I've tried running three different SD cards on this thing, formatting all of them multiple times, and loading each one with different OS versions. Every single time I get SD IO error 63. I'm out of options. The manual says nothing about how to fix this issue. What am I doing wrong, or is my cart just defective?

Format the card with sdcard formatter tool set the format size adjust to on,then format the card again with format tool uncheck the quick format box before and try the os again
Make sure you clean before your cards pins put a drop of alcohol in a batonete and clean them
