What SD cards to use?

So I just bought N8 NES, FXPAK PRO, Mega Everdrive PRO and EverDrive-GB X3. What SD cards should I buy? Does it matter? Are there size limitations? How do I know if I'm getting a fast one or not? Sorry for my ignorance but I've never known how to shop for SD cards

FXPAC Pro = Kingston 64GB or Sandisk 64GB SDHC Micro A1 without the reader

Everdrive GB = Sandisk 32GB SDHC Micro A1 without the reader
