Problem with Everdrive store

Has anyone bought any item from this site: https://shop.retrogate.com ?
I bought a N8 on May 6, but the order status does not change from "Confirmed by shopper" ... they reported that the delay is due to bank holidays a few days ago, but they stopped responding to my emails ...

I cannot order from the main website krikzz.com. There is no green BUY button anymore.

What gives?

Wait at least one month before getting worried. After that contact Retrogate calling to their phone number.
