A modded 1CHIP is 100% identical timing-wise. A non-1CHIP console will run at a slightly different clock (IIRC 21.28MHz instead of 21.48MHz).

I also bought a modded switchless PAL SNES but my System is not running that smooth, the graphics are slower and you see like a page changing into the Screen while playing. What can I do?

Do you observe such problems with each game? Or just with a few ones. There are several PAL games making problems while running in 60Hz...

However, some pics may be helpful.

It happens with PAL and NTSC inclusive japanese Games. I thought the modded SNES will Switch automatically in 50Hz for PAL Games?
