Does the Everdrive Md support 32x games?
Flash Carts: - Everdrive GB - Super Everdrive - Everdrive 64v2 - R4 DS -  Easy Flash IV -
Good Flash Carts that need to be made:
NeoGeo Pocket

So what's the main reason to have the mega everdrive over the everdrive md? As far as I can tell, it's just faster loading and ingame menu. Can someone enlighten me?

that plus you can use megaED as a backup ram cart for megaCD, it also supports roms twice the size (upto 10mb!!) ideal for playin homebrew stuff on your megadrive, everdriveMD only supports upto 5mb

I have to say, the save state feature on the Mega Everdrive is quite excellent.   Imo, worth the extra cash if you can spare it and are really into Genesis games.

the save state thing is a awesome feature...but i just think it takes away the 'original' 80s/90s gaming experience from my childhood and feels a bit more like a emulator, im perfectly satisfied with my everdrive MD :)
