Igor please "upload/post link" drivers for old Sega MD/Genesis Everdrive 64m USB.

A sd card that connects to the expansion port?  Is that a master system?

Doesn't look like a megadrive pcb, probably master system.

since it's a clone I doubt this is the expansion port, maybe it's a portable md or something and that's the cartridge port.

interessing this picture, i say may be he trying to emulate a cdrom megacd with,

the extension port look like a little a megacd or a clone.

i see on the master system website, they can to insert a card on port extension JAP version sms, to load a card US or EU, it's look like this so.

I used my old USB cart with this thing for the experiments with SD cards. It connected to megadrive expansion port

Yep, two models of usb carts for sega was made in early/mid 2009
