I already posted something in the Turbo Everdrive area, but i don't mind sharing. I got the idea from the deluxe concept that Stoneage gamer has posted. I have a friend with a laser cutter/etcher and made a vector file for him to cut out for me. I have a few versions of the same template. It turns out it is a tiny bit too short, but it gets the job done so I am going to live with it.
Here is the one I am using right now:

Parodius is one of my favorite games and I think it matches the cuteness of the PC Engine nicely. Yes I said cuteness so what… For the art, I just downloaded some nice clear pictures from here and there and printed them out onto sticky backed paper, then “laminated” them with clear packing tape. I just secured the cover with 3M neoprene double sided tape, it holds it on there really good and I can still carefully remove it if I wish to. A good friend of mine stuck his on with a few small dabs of RTV silicone, i told him it might not be a good idea, but it worked out pretty nice for him. I am hoping that someone makes something better that can be sold, but till that time comes, this is the best that I came up with for my solution.

Here are some more photos of these little covers:

Thanks for checking this out and share any ideas you may have to keep this thread going!

do those covers just sit ontop or have you found a way to clip them on?

yeah, the PC Engine is the Japanese version of the Turbografx 16, i love it because it is so tiny and doesn't take up much space on my desk. as far as how it attaches, i use 3M neoprene double sided tape. i use the thin stuff and double it up in some places to make up for the height difference, i holds it on there nice and tight. my friend went gung ho on his and used rtv silicone on his, its a bit more permanent than the tape and i was kind of skeptical about him doing it, but its his money so... but even weeks after doing it and hours of playing Neutopia 1 and 2 it doesn't seem to get hot or cause any problems so, both ways are cool. i like the way stoneage gamers version has those little screws and stuff, but my set up isn't that precise and i didn't want to bug my friend too much prototyping multiple revisions of this to get it perfectly dead on; hes a busy guy and i thank him for cutting these for me.
