SD2SNES Problems

Hi Guys!

Recently I've got a SD2SNES cartridge from Krikzz. I've tested on two SNS-101 NTSC SNES consoles, but I got the same problem...the cartridge resets itself.

This is a bit unstable, because sometimes it works and i can load and run games, but sometimes even i can't select any game because this reset fail.

I was wondering if it's a hardware problem with my SD2SNES cartridge or if the SNS-101 SNES model is not a proper console to work with.

I can't give any usefull information about sd2snes. I only can offer to check it if you will send it to me

Another tip:

In the SNS-101 console (known as Junior), the image is quite strange and noisy...
I've tested SD2SNES in a SNS-001 console (the original one) and it works fine!

Both of them are original ones from Nintendo.

Any ideas?

sd2snes in the SNS-101 console has a strange and noisy image...

I use a SNES Jr. with the sd2snes, and I don't have a single issue. Clean your console. 

im thinkin ov gettin a SD2SNES, is it easy to set it all up? as in the bios stuff?

Piece of cake. You'll have the most trouble getting the bios files...which isn't tough. I got em' if you need them.

i got the bios files with the no-intro rom set im guessing they have to be renamed for sd2snes and just chucked in the sd2snes folder?

OMG its funny you should mention that, i have a USA snes jr and a pal fat snes and my pal fat snes outputs a brighter and clear picture than the snes jr which outputs a "dull and grainy" picture, strange ehh???, i think that the snes jr console is crap quality compared to the fat snes consoles, ppl just like the jr cos its small which is why i bought mine, it does look "sexy" though...lol but it just feels light and cheaply made if you know what i mean -_-

My SNES Jr. outputs a s-video signal, so the picture quality is top-notch in the Super Nintendo world.  I could put a rock inside to make it heavier, hmm....
