What is your "Device Info" after upgraded V3?

Mine
(Bought from Junfangames, I don't know whether it's genuine or not, but the shop is Krikzz.com authorized)

CPLD Version 1
BIOS version 1
OS Version 3
(System Type GBC) ---- It's missing on V3 but displayable on V1
Asm Date 2.0.1980 ---- It doesn't change everytime
Asm Time 0:0:2 ---- It doesn't change everytime either

Asm Date and time tell you when the everdrive was built updating to v3 would not change them.

Yes, the system info is gone since V2. This probably should be added to the firmware changelog to prevent confusion.

No, it's not. My EDGB with OS v3 shows the correct ASM Date and time. (21.04.2015, 14:11:38). The only time I ever saw a missing ASM date/time was on my chinese EDGB clone.

Right, I got confused with device info. The device info is still working, the system type itself is missing within that menu, correct. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

That's to say I probably need to buy one from direct shop, but not any other place even an authorized shop, for ensuring V3 update.

v3 is simply a GB rom file that is loaded on boot when placed in a special folder but yes you have to be extremely careful to avoid clones.
