Sorry to ask two questions in a row.

I bought a Transcend Class 10 Premium 400x MicroSD card that was incompatible with my Mega ED & Turbo ED.  Is it likely that it won't be compatible with the GBA ED as well?  I've found that Class 4 and 6 work perfectly...just wondering if I should get a "lesser" MicroSD card in preparation for the GBA ED.

Thanks!
Transcend is a crap brand; do not use. Stick to Kingston, PNY, or Sandisc.

I used Class 10 PNY cards in my Super Everdrive v2 (8Gb), Everdrive MD (8Gb), and Everdrive 64 v3 (32Gb) and all work beautifully. The N64 ED loads Conkers in 3 secs! 8) My GB ED and Turbo ED have older 2Gb micro SD cards, and my N8 (Famicom) have an older 4Gb micro SDHC in it as well. All my SDHC cards are formatted FAT32, though the older 2Gb cards may be FAT.

Thanks!  I used another brand of 16gb (also claimed to be super fast) and that one was incompatible as well.  I've had good luck w/ Sandisc, though - I'll stick to theirs.  That being said, this 16gb card did in fact work well with another device (a pinball machine of all things), so the card isn't defective.  Just wondering if there's something about card compatibility with Everdrives that's consistent, and if the GBA ED will continue that consistency.

Interesting that the 2gb worked w/ your Turbo ED...I tried one with mine and it would only format Fat16, which wouldn't work.  I tried a 4GB instead and that worked fine.

Hi!

Does the Everdrive GBA supports Gameshark  (or any other cheat systems)?

How do you know yours shipped? Was there a notification or just by looking at your order status? I ordered on the 4th and it just says payment accepted. Mine should ship sometime in the next 24 days.

I ordered a GB everdrive in June and got a confirmation e-mail when it was shipped. Just as you I pre ordered the GBA everdrive on 4th July and I'm also waiting for it to ship. But as Krizz said, it may not ship until August 15th, so I guess any day before that is totaly acceptable.

Does an email with shipping confirmation ("Your odred has been shipped") count?

I would say that counts. I was mostly wondering how I would know when the cart had shipped. Looks like I'm hoping for an email.

I just received an email a few minutes ago from Stone Age Gamer.  They said that that Krikzz is planning to ship the initial order of GBA EDs out to SAG this week.  That means SAG is one step closer to shipping out their pre-orders.   ;D

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Is it possible for Krikzz to ship the PCB with chips/resistors at a discount? I'd gladly solder the parts on myself. This question goes for all of their products.
