Slow sound
« on: April 22, 2013, 08:55 PM »
Has anyone else experienced this? it seems like all the nes games have slow sound or gameplay.

Im using a PAL Nes but i dont know if thats the reason.

Has anyone got a solution for this?

Thanks

That'll be the reason. PAL NES runs at 50hz, NTSC NES and Famicom run at 60hz.

as Tricky says. unfortunately you can't do 60 hz mod to your pal nes (at least not easily). so it is better to buy a famicom or a US nes.
PM me if you want to sell your Everdrive MD.

I powered up my pal n8 last night with smb3. God the sound is slow lol
Gameplay is as I remember it but the music is nothing like it. I did get a smb3 real cart at the same time so I will do a comparison

Yea I did the same. I first made a list form the USA roms I have. I now remade it with teh Europe roms. Much better now. Less graphical glitches as well.
