Alright, so I was messing with my ED n8 NES (On a stock front-loading NES). I wanted to change the SD card to something more akin to the size of the NES library I have loaded on it. While doing this I decided to check for an OS update. Lo and behold, there's a new one available just today! I load it up along with my ROMs.
I go to play something, I hit "select + start" and... "Loading . . . "
It just sits there...
Thinking it might be a problem with the SD card, I use the old one. Same issue. I do a quick format in Windows, load up the new files...same issue. Full format in Windows...same issue.
Pulling my hair out, I reboot the system again and try to run the on-board diagnostics. Now, I have an older Everdrive which doesn't have the diagnostics so, when I pressed start on the controller, the game I originally wanted to test with loaded perfectly. I rebooted again...it worked again. I tried a different game but it got stuck at the loading screen. Rebooted again, pressed the start button on the controller and the game worked.
I went back to OS14...and its working with no issues.
So it would appear there is a possible bug with OS15? My EverDrive n8 NES is legit purchased directly from this website shortly after it was released.
