Goldeneye is now playable in high resolution mode

Goldeneye has been hacked to support hi-res mode (640 x 480), with and without anti-aliasing (with is the standard setting for most games, Goldeneye included).

Note that you need an expandion pak to run Goldeneye in hi-res, and that this patch might introduce slowdown in some areas of the game.

I tested this weekend the Goldeneye Expansion Pak Version, and is freaking amazing.
With this 480i Resolution is like playing a Ps2 game, a console generation ahead.

I remember to buy the Expansion Pak in 1998 Christmas, to play with Turok 2 and Star Wars Rogue Squadron that i just bought.
In my opinion, the Expansion Pak should come together with the N64 since the launch day, is a must buy accessory.

Many of the 1th wave games, suffered from low resolution blurriness, like Shadows of the Empire, Wave Race and Pilotwings 64.
The Autor of this patch made a good job, and i hope someday he's made a high resolution patch for these 3 games.

I've just tried that download link, and it downloaded fine. Maybe the site was offline when you tried it, or perhaps there was a problem with your browser (I use Chrome, it downloaded the file OK just now), please retry it and if it fails again then post here what happens when you try to download it. Note, by the way, that sometimes when you click on Download, then it opens a new page with an advertisment, so you then have to go to the download page again and click 'Download'.

No idea, to be honest. I just wrote what I what was told about them, I've no interest in wrestling games (though I know they are quite popular with a lot of people) so I've not played them myself.

Yes. There are so few releases nowadays, and my life has been so hectic that I got out of the habit of posting in this thread. If people post any new rom hacks in this thread, then I'll try to remember to update the first post with them.
