So got my problem pseudo-solved.  Hopefully it's a permanent solution.

I took my NES to a local game shop and tried my N8 on his Console, it worked flawlessly.
So I tried my NES on his set up (He's using A/V and has original power cord), my still caused problems.

So I traded my NES for his, since mine works flawless on anything else I've played on it.

Before doing this, I tried boiling my pins, but I didn't notice any improvement of performance from doing that, if I start to see issues with this new NES, I'll probably go for the Blinking Light Win that SmokeMonster suggests.

Boiling? do you mean bending?
Anyway the problem was the cartridge connector, I'm glad you could barter your console.
And so I go fast.
