Graphic glitch on super metroid

Hello everyone!

I woke up this morning totally energized and wanted to play some Super Metroid (and why not? Samus Returns is being launched today) and then, on the title screen, I noticed that something looked funny (see attachment WTF.jpg). Have you seen something like that before? Does it look like a rom issue or something's wron with my SD2SNES/Super Famicom?

Also attached another screenshot of how the game looks on my PAL SNES (this is a different ROM since I wasn't able to boot the NTSC on my PAL SNES, even after activating the auto patch feature). Tried other games like Super Mario World and Final Fight and they look perfect, Super Danny (France) also looks glitchy.

And yes, I'm running the latest OS version.

Well, tried another random game (The Jetsons) and it looks even worse (see attachment).

Looks like my SFC is fried, what do you guys think? The challenge would be to get it replaced or repaired, bought it in April and didn't test it properly until now.

Yes, tested it on a Led TV. Same results.

Well, I tried the same games on a PAL SNES and they look fine.
