Peculiar issue with Mega Everdrive X5
« on: August 21, 2017, 03:00 AM »
I just upgraded from the original Mega ED to an X5 very recently. After replacing the OS with the new version I transferred my files over to the X5. Either I have a bad cartridge or something else unknown is causing games to crash, and spontaneously activating the in-game menu just a few seconds after activating a game. Any help??? Thank you! :)

OS version is latest? X5 and x3 is not supported with early OS versions

Hey Krikzz thanks for the reply! As I stated I upgraded the OS to the new version but to be safe I will double check. The games usually will only play for about a minute or less before crashing to the in-game menu.

Just to be safe I reinstalled the MEGA OS by downloading a fresh file from the Everdrive Store. I'm getting the same symptoms. This is a Stone Age Gamer copy of your product. Do I need to go through them?

Seems like you should send it back for exchange
