My order HUJJIURXC shipped on December 15th, but I have not had a tracking update since December 21st where it departed Ukraine. Can I get an update on this order? My tracking number is RD400663836UA. Thank you.

Everything is ok with your order. It's being delivered.
Unfortunately postal services work slowly currently and that's why there is such a delay in the tracking info.
Please try to track your package later.

I would like to ask everyone who has the same problem (the tracking info is not updating) please keep patience and wait for a further progress.
It's a common "problem".

Also I would like to mention that we are not a postal service. And we don't have any special relations with any postal services.
We are the same customers of postal services but just on the other side.
So it doesn't make too much sense to ask us to get any details if you already have sufficient information for that: the tracking number and the website of the postal service delivering the package.
If they don't provide such information to you then they don't do that for us as well.

There are only 3 reasons to contact us for additional details:
- you don't know your tracking number
- you don't know what website can you use to track your tracking number
- you tried to track your package and the website says that your tracking number is incorrect

To ask us why postal services work slowly and deliver packages slowly doesn't make too much sense.
It's much more reasonable to ask them why they do that.

My question pass one of reason, so maybe repeat:

Hi. Black friday on retrogate my order number is 357104506. My Shipping number is RD400596455UA. When i try tracking this number on track trace my error is RD400596455UA is not found in the system. Can u help me?

I can't check Retrogate's track numbers.
I don't have access to their store system.

In the previous case I just tried to track the tracking number with different numbers and it worked.

You can try to do the same with your one.

I actually tried and got a match with RD400664519UA . Can't tell if it is correct, but I'll watch this one and wait for any update of it's destination country.

This tracking number works on Ukrainian post website.
But it doesn't work yet on Brazil post website.
But it's normal. There is a long delay between leaving Ukrainian post and entering Brazil post system.
If you really guessed your tracking number then everything is ok.
The best way to know 100% is to contact Retrogate concerning that.

The tracking I received was RD400664518UA, so I tried RD400664519UA like you did with Innuendo track code.

For now I'll just wait this tracking destination appear.

Hi,

I believe something is odd about the tracking on my order: IKULEGMFP

The tracking provided in the order doesn't appear to be any system at this point, and it was shipped on the 15th of december, so I'd expect it to be there... makes me suspect it was typo'ed?

To be honest we have had only two times when the package sent to the UK went through the US.
In the first case it's been received by the customer in the UK.
In your case it returned back to us.

Ok! We will re-send it to the same address.

Thanks, will I get emailed a new tracking reference once it ships?
