there is a way to do it from everdrive os or from patching a game? i want banjo kazoie pal to run in 60hz please (translated game)

Sorry to say, but forcing a video mode only works in some cases where the developer left the 60hz code intact. You're most likely going to either need an RGB modded console with a 50hz aware upscaler or an UltraHDMI hardware mod.
