I bought my Joyzz from Stone Age Gamer back in December and it arrived with a crack in the back of the shell. I ignored it at first, but it bothers me and I don't want it to get worse. I have the smoke colored one. Is there any way I can get a replacement shell? I don't need the internals or the buttons/membranes, just the shell. I never brought it up with SAG because the first one they sent me got lost in the mail, so they sent me a replacement for free, then the original one showed up at my door weeks later, so I returned the replacement back to them. I kept the original one that had the crack because they were so good to me I didn't want to send them back one that would need refurbishing.
