Button x doen't respond

Hello, I bought the joyzz 2 months ago and I thougt it was a great pad.
I tested this evening street fighter 2' and I realized that the x button is not responsive.
It missed lots of inputs.
What can I do?

You can send it pack for check or may be just open and try to clean pads, must be some dirt hit in
