Yes that should be the right one. There's also a v1.2 but I don't know what is fixed in this version.

OK I ported to Turok E 1.0 and included in zip.  Enjoy.  Tested ok in emu but no way for me to test PAL on actual console.

The control patches are now moved to here. Is there a reason why you can't patch?
