Very good!! i play in emulator, have to change the logo ocarina for dusk.

Ok tried to get patch working used flips. Told me rims weren’t correct. I’m guessing this is another hirom/lowrom issue?

Try source another z64 rom, the 1.1 US rom I have works for me.

I think hirom/lorom is a SNES thing.

Nuu, I had problems patching Mario 64 with the Star Road patch, and was told I needed to change formats of the rom or something. Ithink that's where they mentioned hirom vs. lorom.

I'd attempt to fix it, following their instructinos, but I can't even figure out how to download the patch, it keeps downloading past the said 'total' and won't stop downloading.

OK I didn't know it was a thing for N64 as well. For SNES they are actually two (inaccurate) scene-invented words for two types of SNES cart address mappings. The official words used by Nintendo are Mode 20 and Mode 21 respectively.

It's probably an endian issue.  You may need to switch the endianness with this (excerpt from here https://krikzz.com/forum/index.php?topic=5281.0):

2. Convert the ROMs

   a. Download this program and install it
   b. Open the program
   c. Choose File - Open
   d. Go to the folder with your Zelda Ocarina ROMs
   e. You will now have a list of ROMs with blue pictures on the left, you want the pictures to be an arrow pointing to the right
   f. Go down the list and for all blue arrows not pointing to the right, select the ROM, then click the arrow pointing to the right symbol at the top.
   g. In the folder with the ROMs they should now have a *.z64 extension

Flash Carts: EverDrive64 2.5, EverDrive N8, SD2SNES
