To use those codes with GGGuy (I'll add some code to detect it later):

Open the rom
Change the drop down to Game Boy/Gear
Uncheck the Checksum option
Click Patch

Bpth of you guys are awesome!  I'll be on here tonight checking it out.  Kung Fu Kid and others might work better.  This might work better correct our problems with the codes and games.  Me and Manorock will give this a shot and we'll keep the community informed of our results.

When I tried to run CCCGP I keep getting this message:  "Component 'mscomctl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".

What can I do to get the program to run?  My laptop runs on Windows 8.1, if that helps.

You should be able to use Game Genie Guy! instead if you follow the directions posted above.
But, if you still want to use CCCGP instead, you can try extracting this file into the same folder as the program:
