new X7 "sd card not found"
« on: March 05, 2020, 12:34 PM »
Hello,

I recently bought an ed64 x7 but it doesn't recognize the micro SD card.
I always get the following error message:

EverDrive-64 bootloader v5.00
ERROR:C2

sd card not found

2019 krikzz                                SN:08C4

I tested two micro sd cards, a 16gb of sandisk, and one from toshiba, same error message.
I use a micro usb adapter, same error message.

Can somebody help me?

You need to make sure your sd card is formatted to FAT32. Windows 10 won't let you do it by default, so you will need to download a free program that will/can format large cards to FAT32, that is if you card is large. Mine is a 64GB. Smaller cards I believe you can format in windows.

I used this tool

Thx for the answer,

but i already did this with both sd cards with no effect.
The data system of both is FAT32

It looks like my ED64 x7 doesn't recognize the sd cards at all, on both ports (no problems on the PC)

What do you mean both ports? There's only one port on the ED64 x7

I just meant that it makes no difference, the error message "SD card not found" remains unchanged.
