"No SD Card Found" Error

Hello. We have the Super Everdrive. We've downloaded the OS and two games. Everything is inserted properly, including the SD Card, but when we turn on the system, it just keeps saying, "No SD Card Found." Any ideas?

Did you Format your Memory card to FAT32?
