Problems with New Everdrive X7 (Everdrive.ME)
« on: June 04, 2021, 01:04 AM »
Having a bit of a canoodle. It either says "no FAT" or it says "GBSYS" not detected". When I tried to load it using the oldest iteration of the SYS file and putting nothing else on it, it was stuck in Loading. When I put game files on it, it displayed F6 Fat Not Found again. Not sure what I can do. Only have the one SD card, and it works fine with everything else that I own. Any suggestions?

How are you formatting it?
Operating systems don't always do it correctly.

Try the official sd card formatting tool:
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/

I was advised to use this software early on in the troubleshooting process and it was of little help.

What size of SD card are you using? Is it formatted to FAT32?
