Krikzz youve done it for me  ;D
May I ask what it is you have to do each update to add more compatability? is it a few lines of code or something? I thoughth the whole idea os SD was that they all work the same??

No change for me. Just straight up error message when any sd card is used. No chance to update anything.

Hello,

I get my gba ed today but I can't update the bootloader :(
I've some kingstone micro sd (2gb and 4gb) that works with the everdrive, the os starts and the roms boot, but when i press on the boot-v1.0x.upd (tried all versions) and then I choose "update boot loader" i get back to the sd card root screen, I reset the console and it start normally, but if I turn on without SD I'm still al v1.01

Do I've made some mistakes?

EDIT:
one of the SD i've tried sometime was not detected, found another crappy 1gb microsd and it worked
sorry everyone

Yeah, this is getting everyone, and is a little weird design.

When you load up the bootloader update, it actually is highlight CANCEL by default. Press up or down to select the the actual UPDATE button to get it to work.

Mine seems to be working great after updating the OS and Bootloader, but is there a way to check to see which Bootloader version is installed?  I see the OS Version under Device Info, but not the Bootloader version.

Turn ON the GBA without the SD Card in Everdrive GBA.

I ordered the Kingston 64GB Class 1/Class 10 from Amazon

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0162YQHJA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

works fine, without any firmware updates.

So, I thought it was all okay with my 32GB SanDisk Ultra SDHC Class 10, but it's not.

I've got my directories set-up in ROM Country>Letter

For both Japan and Europe, the "S" directory comes up with ERROR: D3 SD IO Error. Running FW 1.05 and BL 1.04

I'm about to do a full format in Windows to see if that helps the issue. Will report back soon.

UPDATE!

Formatted FAT32 (32k) in Windows and copied all the data over again, and it seems to be fine now. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
