the way you talking, is about Everdrive GBA you most like need atleast 32GB just retail games in all regions

but I'm curious who said that the Omega is using emulation and for what?
But this is going off topic... the original issue is someone, a reseller of Everdrive flashcarts claiming Ezflash DE is 'emulation', while Everdrive is "real thing".... But it seems that people here are saying 'both use 'emulation', in the lowest sense of the term...
reseller just try sale pitch which not accurate, what nuu wrote i also agreed

What I mean is if GBA detects something is off... usually something like the 'save memory' being used (the size and amount of memory, type of memory, etc), but could relate to chips being used (if its trying to detect a specific chip from the original cart) etc... Some games will either lock up at some point, give some anti-piracy message, or scramble the save game.

As for 'software emulation' vs hardware "emulation", there were games on SNES like Speedy Gonzalas were the physics broke and certain puzzles wouldn't work, as an example.

N64 can play NTSC and PAL games with Everdrive

but video encoder chip composite output is the main problem

its support  NTSC or PAL video signal not both based on N64 region

with RGB and HDMI mods just bypass video encoder chip restrictions, allow n64 display both NTSC and PAL video

n64 is only home console where composite video encoding output does not play nice with video converters

about my console - Pal region, RGB mod, playing USA roms
i have a cheap composite to hdmi converter
If you have n64 RGB mod you should be using RGB SCART cable with RGB SCART to hdmi converter instead

how you connecting your n64 to tv ?

what type video cable you using ?

only legitimate Real NES or FPGA NES support save states feature
