Guys, I have a question.

I can play the  Everdrive GB with a Japanese Super Game Boy on an American Snes using the Honey Bee adaptor?

Thanks!

Eliminate the Honey Bee adapter and cut the tabs in your SNES.

it doesn't do anything to the console, it just removes a tiny, insignificant part of the case. if you want to sell it in the future, just get a replacement case.

most likely will not work

does your honey bee adapter have all 62-pins connector pinout?

cut the tabs in snes cart bay does not need open snes to do

if you worry about damage of snes

does not alter the snes external body

as snes cart bay is separate piece plastic from the body of snes

I snipped the tabs in my SNES Mini and a Japanese Super Gameboy 2 works with my EdGB just fine.

why not just use a US SGB and eliminate the honeybee?

As long as the adapter 1:1 connects the relevant pins, it will work. SNES has a shared region lockout code across America, Japan, and Korea.

Though the only practical reason to do this is Super Game Boy 2. The entire menu and user interface language is English in all versions. Including in Japan.
