Well, the arcade ROMs are included to the no-intro set and last time I tried them on a precise SNES emulator, they worked fine. So... I would say, using these ROMs... yes, they work.

PAL games on NTSC console maybe? No other reason should be possible as the console just sees the ROM as it was a real cart. The cart itself only can influence the speed on special chips like SA1 or FX/GSU.

For scanlines you need a Video editing capable video output converter, like OSSC. It can produce emulated scanlines on LCD. A flash cart can do what a game can do and no game does video output on it's own.

Then I am out. My SD2SNES Rev E modded to Rev... newest... does work fine that way for ALL mentioned games, so a) there still is something wrong on your side or b) on FXPak in general. Lets wait for an answer of the FXPak users first.

Oh I get it very well, believe me... But let's start slow.

Well, I see a max file size it can run in theory. Sure. Anything else? It supports about 99,.....% of the OFFICIAL database for Megadrive/Genesis etcetc blabla. Now the BUT...
Hacks are not guranteed as they are sometimes made for inaccurate emulators. Real hardware is not able to run them sometimes. And the bigger BUUUUT....
Aftermarket and especially games made after the cart's release date are out of discussion. Why? Because no one can forsee what tricks they add to the cart in the end. Some might be fixable by firmware updates, many not. If you want magic, then you are wrong here. We talk about facts! We don't accuse ppl of false advertisement out of no reason!

Ah and while we are at it... Where does Krikzz write: "Hey man and you can of course steal still in sale indie games and cause them to lose money they deserve! If new ones don't run three years after the cart's release I will fix it asap to allow moar stealing!" I am quite sure many here use ROMs off illegal internet sources, but they are smart enough not to talk about it and they get support. But you DEMAND support, accusations included, for a still in sale game with obviously no archival interests... lil bit shady that is...

Krikzz clearly said in the past how he stands to support games which are still for sale. There is NO support and there will be NO support until the game is not sold anymore. It took several years to get support for Pier Solar's exotic format and not because it was uber difficult to realize. I completely agree with his standpoint here. If you wanna play that game made by a small indie team, then support that team.

Well, I modded mine to have EXP Audio as PAL system, so working yes.... Worth it.... Dunno the FDS games work at least semi OK.
